Low Voltage HEMP Filters
TSS USA Manufacturing’s LV line of low voltage HEMP filters are tested and certified to meet the production requirements of MIL-STD-188-125-1A.
For facility engineers overseeing data and telecom applications, ultra-reliable precautions are essential. An electromagnetic pulse (EMP)/high-altitude EMP (HEMP) event which causes a disruption to unprotected communication lines and internet connections could prove disastrous.
TSS USA Manufacturing’s low voltage HEMP filters provide a safe EMP mitigation solution that creates less heat and a smaller footprint than “stacked” low-voltage filter configurations for a much lower cost. They are suitable for control, data, and telephone line applications and meet or exceed all relevant performance criteria.
Applications
This range of multi-line filters is suitable for a range of control and telecom applications including:
- Filtering control and low current power lines on shielded rooms and general installations
- Carrying digital data circuits and analogue telephone circuits into shielded rooms and communications cabins
